We slept in and decided to find a place for breakfast. Ideally we were looking for waffles but that wasn’t so easy to find. Instead we found a place called Cake for Breakfast which was a little pastry shop. One of their reviews online said that the ham and cheese croissant was awesome so we decided to head over there. The place smelled great, there were all kinds of pastries and all of them looked like a nice breakfast. I went for the smoked turkey and cheese croissant over the ham and cheese but we also picked up a chocolate croissant and a pistachio croissant.
This was definitely a good idea. They had a little out door seating area where James could hang out with us and the weather was perfect for our breakfast picnic.
After breakfast, we decided to explore the south cape, along 6A and other various minor roads. Our goal is to get to The Knob which is apparently a nice secluded beach, but we are open to distractions!
