We woke up fairly late on our second sea day and decided to read some more on our balcony. It was another sea day and we were both enjoying our books. After lunch we decided it was time to check email so we headed to the ship’s library where we could get a Wi-Fi signal.
At $0.55/minute you have to plan your email experience wisely. First you connect and download your email. Then you disconnect and reply offline. Then reconnect to send all of your replies. I was able to get through my email in 3 minutes of Wi-Fi, Sandra’s was a bit more but she had much more email to deal with.
We headed to the pool again this time finding two empty seats and waited for a waiter for almost 30 minutes before heading to the bar to get two beers on my own. Go figure 10 minutes later the waiter comes by asking if we need refills. Too late buddy.
After another trip to the steam room and a quick stop by the pool again we were starting to feel a little baked and we were starting to look like it as well so we headed back to the room for naps and movies for the rest of the afternoon. I’m sure there was something going on elsewhere on the ship but it was nice to have nothing to do for an afternoon. Besides we needed to stay out of the sun to get ready for Aruba in the morning.
