We woke up a little early to take the dogs for a walk. Warren was still sleeping when we snuck out of the tent so we quietly hooked up the dogs and walked to the bathrooms. The cool thing about this park was that certain camping sections were designated as pet areas so there were dogs at almost every campsite. What is even more amazing is that all of the dogs are so well behaved, we have only heard one bark since we arrived and it only happened once.
After walking the dogs we all had showers then headed toward Cedar Point, it’s a roller coaster day! I had a call that someone needed a PDF pretty darn fast so we found a free Wi-Fi connection at a local ice cream shop and I ran in to send my email. The connection wasn’t extremely fast but it was better than nothing. Actually before finding the ice cream shop we did a little war driving and found a slow but decent connection along the side of the road but while we were waiting for my email to send a highway patrol officer pulled up behind us and told us to find a better place to pull over, that’s when we moved to the ice cream shop.
I was waiting for the email to go and ordered a pop to pass the time. (That’s a soda if you are from the Southeast) still waiting I spotted the ice cream selection, it was too early for ice cream but this place is on the way back so when Sandra came in to see what was taking so long I made sure to point out my favorites. One to-go cup later and we were on our way again to Cedar Point.
