Before bed I walked down to the bathrooms. This campground was pretty unique because the cabins, tent sites and RV sites were mixed together so you could see the different types of campers side by side as you walked through camp. The tent campers sat by fires and told stories, the cabin campers had fires but some stayed inside and the small RVers closely resembled the tent campers while the big RV busses had heaters and plasma TVs, this really was a mixed group of travelers.
We sat by the fire for a few hours burning all of our wood and turning the dogs every 20 minutes or so to make sure they dried evenly. We saved their towels for when we went to bed. It gave them something to sleep on and we could cover them with the extra towel to keep them warm as they dried during the night. Then we were off to bed, tomorrow we would be in Prentice, Wisconsin at our cabin for the Family Reunion weekend.
