Women’s Patriotic Shoes 2019

Well, here I was going to update my 2016 Women’s Patriotic Shoes post and I see the news this morning about Nike and the Betsy Ross sneakers. What a mess. It is too bad the shoes are getting pulled because they are really cute. They are red white and blue and very summery! I hadn’t really found patriotic shoes like I found back in 2016. There was definitely a better selection back then.

And on a total side note, if you are ever in Washington, DC you have to see the original Star-Spangled Banner, the flag that inspired Francis Scott Key to write the song that would become our national anthem. The flag is in a dark room to preserve it and it is INCREDIBLE. For one, it is HUGE. I get chills whenever I stop and see it. It is heartbreaking to see the pieces that are cut out and you have to wonder if they are in attics (or landfills) where people don’t know what they have.

And now for the FUN shoes! Cowboy Boots! You would not believe how many amazing patriotic cowboy boots that Zappos carries – they have flags, stars, stripes and lots of red, white and blue! I want so many of these!

These white cowboy boots are my favorite – they have a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders feel and the silver stars are so patriotic!

Here are some smaller bootie styles. They aren’t quite booties but they are shorter style boots.

I really like the heel on these shorter booties. They are perfect for country western dancing! I wish I had a place to wear these – I would love to buy them:

These short cowboy boots have a nice rugged looking heel that looks like it would be so comfortable for everyday wearing. I could see myself wearing these around a farm all day!
