I never used to like Crocs. But I hadn’t tried them. Then I borrowed a pair at my Dad’s house from his girlfriend Sandy. They are awesome! Especially when it is chilly outside and you just want a quick outdoor slipper and you don’t want to take off your socks that you were wearing with your slippers inside the house and you don’t really want to put on a big pair of winter boots.
I left my Dad’s house and I knew I wanted to get a pair of Crocs. I happened to be in Minneapolis and I stopped into the Mall of America. They have a Crocs store. Unfortunately, I was there in the Spring and they didn’t have the winter Croc clogs I was looking for. Instead, they had summer clogs with holes. I wasn’t sure I wanted them because I have Birkenstocks for summer shoes. But I decided to get the Crocs clogs with flamingoes and palm fronds.
These summer clogs are awesome! They are perfect for camping, too. You can get them wet and muddy and they quickly rinse off. I also learned that when they get dingy (mine have a white base) you can clean them with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
All of these Clogs are very patriotic because they are red white and blue. I like the nautical ones the best. This is the exact style I have – just a different pattern. Get some for the 4th of July!
These are super cute with the watermelon theme and perfect for summer:
These Crocs are a different style – they don’t have the holes at the bottom so they seem like they would be harder to rinse or walk through the ocean with but they are still patriotic and ready for the 4th of July weekend:
