I was just at Sephora the other day and I didn’t realize they sold Bumble and Bumble products. It is funny how hard it is to find some products for years and then suddenly they are sold everywhere.
I was talking to one of my brides that is from the UK and she said they have all kinds of stuff over there that hasn’t made it to the states yet. She did mention Boots No7 Protect & Perfect Intense Beauty Serum and how you can now find it at Target here in the US. I looked at it and it reminded me of a few other dimethicone based products I have tried. I have tried a bunch that were too scented so now I am a bit nervous and just stick to the Paula’s Choice Skin Recovery Super Antioxidant Concentrate Serum w/ Retinol. But since I am a beauty product junkie I will probably end up buying the Boots No 7 serum at some point just to try it.
Another thing we were talking about (my UK bride) was shampoo and really good smelling shampoo. My all time favorite is Oscar Blandi Crema Shampoo and we also talked about Charles Worthington. I have never smelled it but I hear it smells great so I might have to take her up on the offer of bringing me some back here to the states! Apparently it smells like gardenias, too. My all time favorite flower!

Does anyone know of a shampoo that smells like peonies? Yesterday’s wedding had peonies everywhere and they smelled great. The catering manager was telling how she used to live in upstate New York and the peonies were such a treat when they would bloom. It sounds like the gardenias here in Florida!
So Bumble and Bumble – I feel like it used to be so hard to find. Only a few salons carried it and when you did find a salon chances are they were out of the hair powder that I loved. One time I actually bought it in black! I had brown hair and was desperate. The black was awful – way too dark!
I bought these at Sephora – the hair powder (they had plenty of the full size and travel size bottles!) and the leave in conditioner. I also love the Sunday Shampoo, Surf Spray and Curl Conscious.
