I love shoes and I love opaque tights and watching fashionistas put the two together is so much fun. But I was reading my October Vogue last night and there is an odd new trend: Peep Toe Boots. Yes, it shows off the toe of your fun colored tights. But hello – boots are for keeping your feet warm in the winter! I decided to look on Nordstrom to post a few and thankfully they don’t have any. Then I looked at Neimans – none there. Then Zappos – still none. Good, maybe this trend won’t take off after all! Or maybe Vogue has the heads up and buyers will be putting them in there stores in a month. I was too lazy to scan the few shots in Vogue so I just took pictures instead.

And while on the subject of boots and keeping your feet cold – I love and hate these Louboutins at the same time. They have this fun leather and fishnet appeal, but the fact that your feet will not stay warm in these boots…I just don’t know. Are they are DO or a DON’T? Tell me in the comments!
