OK, I know you guys are just dying to find out what these Bacon-Wrapped Cheese-Filled Jalapeños are all about. So let me just tell you how to make them yourself so you can see how awesome these things are!
First take your fresh jalapeños and cut the stems off, then cut them in half length wise and remove the seeds. Take a half strip of bacon for each half jalapeño and place a half jalapeño in the middle of each half strip of bacon. (to be wrapped up shortly) Next fill each jalapeño half with shreaded cheese (I like cheddar/jack or just cheddar) Then wrap the bacon around the jalapeños and hold them together with toothpicks.
Now to cook them… I like to put them on the grill on aluminum foil with the burner on low. (the burner under the jalapeños is off) and just leave them alone until the bacon is cooked.
Then stand in awe at the beauty before you!
