I think you can fry just about anything and it will taste good. But on a recent trip to St. Simon’s Island we had fried pickles and I’ve been thinking about them ever since. So we got some gluten-free flour and a Redbridge beer and we made our own batter! We got pickles and we also got a can of potatotes. You don’t even have to batter the potatoes – just throw them in the fryer and you are all set!
Just be sure to chug some ACV cocktails to break down all the grease!
