I obviously am catching up on reading all of my old Brides magazines – this time it was the June 2010 issue that had all of these great ideas for alternative floral arrangements. I’ve seen this done where the bouquet was made from all brooches but I loved the other ideas, too!
Here is a a gorgeous navy blue, lavender and white bouquet made with buttons by Really Bad Kitty from Dallas on Etsy.
Also in the photo above are purple and green beaded flowers by Forever Flowers on Etsy.
And then there are the enamel cake decoration flowers by Debra Moreland is Paris. I wore a set of her hairpins to my dad’s wedding a few years ago and I love them! I would love to find another excuse to wear them out on the town. They are so pretty!
Here is a brooch bouquet – I’ve seen these before and they are so beautiful (and heavy!) and this one is by Fantasy Floral Designs. They have a whole gallery on their website for bouquets made from brooches and they are amazing!
The orange, black and gray bouquet below is made of felt and buttons. It is made by The One Happy Girl on Etsy.
Then the green and tan floral fabric bouquet is made by Milk Pod Studios (although she is currently on maternity leave according to her Etsy page.
And my favorite is the bouquet made of paper – more specifically pages from a National Geographic magazine. The pink, red and white paper flowers are made by Whether Paperworks on Etsy.
And in the bottom right the green, brown and cream paper flower bouquet is from The One Happy Girl on Etsy.
The small bundles of lavender and green are mini paper poppy bundles from The Gilded Bee on Etsy.
And last but not least the pink, purple and gray tissue paper flower poms are from Party Poms on Etsy.
