I found this in the July 2010 issue of Brides – 25 surefire ways to de-stress. My focus for 2011 is to not be so stressed out! I get so worked up over the smallest things and I want that to change this year.
Some of my favorite ideas to reduce stress that I should have used when I was planning my wedding:
*Blow Bubbles
*Head out for a hike
*Inhale a calming scent, like lavender (I personally love clary sage!)
*Go for a drive with the windows open
*Buy a new lipstick (or shoes!)
*Try on your dress (my favorite idea as long as Chris wasn’t home!)
