I was trying to add a new license plate to my front bumper the other day and I was very confused when I found the directions that came with the kit that was in the glove box. I’ll copy them word for word so you can see what I mean..
1) A bag into the glove box is taken out.
2) A rubber sheet is taken out from the bag.
3) A rubber sheet is apply on the reverse face of the license plate.
4) License plate is installed on bumper.
I’m sure this was translated from Japanese, but you would think that for $5/hour they could hire some kid to come up with the directions in real English.
I did solve the riddle though and got my license plate installed. The entire time I was thinking of “The Silence of the Lambs” so I was very jumpy toward everyone walking by while I was working. I really didn’t want to hear… “It puts the lotion on it’s skin.” That would just be to much. ;o)
