Today we headed up to Winter Park to stop by BullFish and pick up photos from the Spring Festival that had not been picked up yet. Jeff and Brian are the owners – they started with the Doggie Door and Olive This, Relish That. Now BullFish is the combination of both stores and it is awesome! We got a new leash for Duke and Goblin – it is called a Traffic Leash and it is really short. I have been walking them lately and I like to keep them right by my side instead of out on the 25 foot retractable leash.
I asked Jeff how was life – and unfortunately one of their dogs was hit by a car on Sunday. He was telling me the story and how they were avoiding the sprinklers and then another dog approached them and they lost control of their Greyhound. I just started crying. I kept saying to myself “Sandra, Don’t Cry…..you can do it DON’T cry” but I couldn’t hold back. Here is Sebastian, Snickers and Hero in an old portrait (and we had been talking about doing a new portrait for them, too. So sad.)
Then I got an email from my sorority advisor group (I am an advisor at UCF) and one of our girls was in a car accident and her boyfriend was killed. She is in the hospital right now in ICU. It is so scary. I found a picture from FaceBook. These girls are so young and I hate when anything happens to them.
Then I was reading a blog that I check about once a week or so – and he was talking about how much he misses his mom around Mother’s Day (she died several years ago) and how he just wants to sit with her. I was really crying now!
Then lately, I’ve been crying at weddings. I am such a mush!
