(still catching up on old events from the summer…)
A bunch of wedding friends of mine decided we needed to take a fun girls’ cruise. A cruise? Me? Of course I can go!
If this ship goes down, there will be several Orlando brides in big trouble. Orlando’s finest wedding ladies:
Lisa introduced me to “The Bitch” as we called it throughout the cruise. It was a nice Grenache wine – I ended up buying a bottle when I got back to Orlando.
No girls’ cruise is complete without a trip to Senor Frogs! Check out the sign at the door:
Our ship didn’t leave until really late (4am I think?) so we went into Nassau for a night out. We figured we had strength in numbers, how bad could it be? Our first sign was all of the sick people we passed as we headed into town. Umm, drink too much? We kept going. And after a few sips of our first round of drinks – panic swept through the table. You should have seen everyone’s faces! A ship was pulling out of the dock! After a moment, someone realized it was the Royal Caribbean ship, not our Carnival ship. Whew! Okay, back to drinking and dancing! A group shot:
I brought one of my “trash the dress” dresses for fun and on the last night, we got Stephanie into it. It was so much fun! She was wearing these fishnet heels and holding “The Bitch” and a cigarette! People were saying “congrats” to her throughout the ship, but you could tell they were looking and wondering since she wasn’t quite traditional!
Our Maria Shriver pose:
I love this shot:
