I was just saying the other day I wasn’t going to try a new serum since I love my current serum from Paula’s Choice. But I saw this whole line called Ole Henriksen at Sephora and I decided to try their serum.
Here is what it says about Ole Henriksen on Sephora’s website:
Nature, science, beauty, and wellness. These four key elements are behind every Ole Henriksen product, making it a total lifestyle line and a true depiction of the man behind the brand. Ole (pronounced “ooh-lah”) Henriksen’s studies in cosmetic chemistry, and hands-on experience treating some of Hollywood’s most famous complexions at his Los Angeles spa, have resulted in the ultimate in at-home luxury—skincare that treats the face and body while helping to achieve overall health and wellness. What we love most? Just like his sought-after spa treatments, every Ole Henriksen product is an absolute treat for the senses—they smell delicious and feel sensational.
Well, the scent part is true – the serum I got was the Truth Serum Collagen Booster. It smells just like an orange creamsicle!
I liked the way it felt going on but then it got a little bit sticky and tacky. I wore it to bed so it didn’t get in the way of my makeup. But my skin didn’t feel too much different this morning. Yet with the Paula’s Choice my skin feels amazing and soft the next morning. I will continue to give it a try, though.
The rest of the Ole Henriksen lineup looks awesome and if the others smell as good I would buy them for the scent alone! I already added the Clarifying Body Wash and Body Sleek Hydrating Lotion to my wish list on Sephora so I can check them out next time I am in the store. I just wish I knew an executive at Sephora and could talk them into opening a store at the Millenia Mall. I hate driving over to the Florida Mall!
