We had a wedding a few weeks ago with these really cute favors – they were soaps shaped like a bird and it said “love birds” on it. I looked on the back of the box and made a mental note of the company – Kate Aspen. Favors are one of those things – people either love them or hate them. I have seen ones I like and that are useful and I have seen others that seemed like a waste of money. But you never really know the story in some cases!
Check out these love bird (same theme as my bride had!) favors!

I am a big fan of paper books and I can always use another bookmark. I am just not sure I can picture myself reading books for the rest of my life from my iPad. I just love the feel of a book and paper. I love the Fleur De Lis shape of this bookmark! We did a New Orleans themed wedding last year and these would have fit right in with their decor!

We had a wedding a few weeks ago with the a “Meant to Bee” favor – it was a tiny honey bottle shaped like a bee filled with honey. It was so cute! I also like these ceramic honey pots with a wooden dipper!

This would be great with a nautical themed wedding or for a wedding held at a yacht club! They are tea lights shaped like sailboats!

This is just fun! They remind me of a restaurant called Shakers that we have here in Orlando in the College Park area. The restaurant has different salt and pepper shakers all over. And as a side note – the Annie’s Apple Sandwich is my all time favorite! It is fresh apple slices, cream cheese, raisins, crisp bacon, melted Swiss cheese and lettuce on pumpernickel.
