Our Neighbor is an Author!

We really do meet the neatest people in our travels. Here in Breckenridge, Colorado, our neighbor Joanne is an author! She let us borrow a copy of her children's book, Peter the Caterpillar.

Chris and I have a silly thing we do - we sometimes read out loud to each other in bed. Back in DC, we would spend entire Sundays in bed reading out loud. Chris was the reader this time and he read Joanne's book out loud to me while I snuggled up to him and looked at Joanne's illustrations.

We are so thankful to meet great neighbors like Joanne and Jim and we now call them friends!
