James is ready for bed.

In the US, James has his own bed on the floor next to our bed. But while we are traveling in Europe, we can't exactly tote around a big dog bed! Instead, we have a blanket we bring and we put that on top of the foot of the bed and James gets to sleep with us at our feet.

When James is ready for bed, he puts his chin on the bed. Sometimes I am already in bed reading when he does this. Other times, he walks into the bedroom and just puts his chin on the bed and waits!
